Hot - Cold Kick
The Finnish sauna reaches temperatures between 70 and 95° C and is, therefore, only suitable for people who can tolerate high temperatures. The skin is cleansed and the immune system strengthened, your circulation is boosted and daily stresses simply melt away. Before the sauna session we recommend you take a warm shower to enable the pores to open and to increase the muscles relaxation.
In order to acheive the optimal effect, you should stay in the sauna for at least 8 minutes. Relax completely on the benches and enjoy absolute quiet. The Finnish sauna's beneficial effects are due to the mixture of perspiration and cooling down so after 8 minutes of intensive perspiration, you take a refreshing shower and then a second session in the sauna.
