Fidelity Card Conditions - The Alp & Wellness Möta Card rewards our loyal guests.
- There is no expiry date and the Card offers lots of advantages.
- The card can only be issued to adults. Only one card per account holder will be issued.
- The card is non-transferable.
- We must be informed of possible changes to the debiting from another account before the issuing of the account.
- At the end of the stay, a new updated card will be issued.
- When you spend €100 or more on your stay you will receive 10 points.
- When you spend €50 or more in the beauty area you will receive 20 points.
- When you spend €50 on extra services you will receive 30 points.
- When you have collected 1000 points you will receive a voucher worth €500 which is redeemable at the Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta.
- The voucher is transferable.
- On redeeming the voucher the requisite points will be debited.
- The collected points correspond to the amounts which you have spent at the hotel.
- You will be informed by Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta, on the website or per newsletter, of special deals, corresponding expiry dates and changes to our conditions.
- You will receive a copy of the conditions when your card is issued. You can request a copy of the conditions at any time.
- If the card is not used over a period of 12 months then the card can be automatically deactivated. Alp & Wellness Hotel Möta can also decides to cancel your card due to whichever reasons and will inform you of this in writing.
